MPowerUp Leave App – Leave and Absence Tracking
 

**Terms and Conditions**
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MPU Leave App ("the App") provided by MPOWERUP CONSULTING LTD ("the Provider"). By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
 
**1. App Usage and Purpose**
1.1 The Leave Management App is intended for assisting organisations in managing employee leave, sickness, entitlements, and approval workflows.
1.2 The App allows users to:
    a. Submit requests for annual leave, sickness, and other types of absences.
    b. View their leave entitlements, request history, and available balances.
    c. Access a calendar view to track personal and team absences.
    d. If designated as a manager or admin, review and process leave requests, configure leave types, and manage public holidays.
1.3 Users acknowledge that the App is designed for professional use within an organisation to streamline and manage employee time-off processes.
 
**2. User Responsibilities**
2.1 Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with their organisation's policies and any applicable laws or regulations.
2.2 Users must enter accurate and up-to-date information when submitting requests or managing leave data.
2.3 Users agree to keep their login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised individuals.
 
**3. Manager and Admin Access**
3.1 Managers and administrators will only have access to employee leave records if they are granted appropriate roles within the system.
3.2 Managers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and complying with their organisation's HR and data privacy policies when accessing employee leave information.
 
**4. Compatibility and Access**
4.1 The App is accessible on desktops, laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices, subject to compatible operating systems and browsers.
4.2 Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements for accessing and using the App.
 
**5. Privacy and Data Security**
5.1 The Provider takes data privacy and security seriously. All data entered into the App is stored within the customer’s Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse) environment.
5.2 The Provider does not store or process any user data on external servers. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure and manage their data within their own Microsoft environment.
5.3 Users are encouraged to consult their organisation’s internal privacy policies for information on how their data is managed and protected.
 
**6. Termination**
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the App at its discretion, with or without cause.
6.2 Upon termination, users are responsible for retrieving any data stored in the App, as the Provider does not retain user data.
 
**7. Changes to Terms**
7.1 The Provider may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
7.2 Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
