Our Story
MPowerUp was founded in November 2021, born from the shared vision of co-founders Mark Sipsma and Mark Dibben. Having met on a project in 2020, they quickly recognised the strength of their complementary expertise. Mark Sipsma, a specialist in Power Apps, and Mark Dibben, a Power BI expert, both saw the transformative potential of the Microsoft Power Platform and the opportunity to deliver more practical, scalable solutions to clients.

They combined their expertise to create a consultancy focused on helping organisations unlock greater value from Microsoft technologies. From the outset, their ambition extended beyond delivering projects. They set out to build a specialist team capable of evolving alongside the Microsoft ecosystem as new technologies emerged.

Today, MPowerUp has grown beyond its Power Platform foundations to include Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 Business Central and applied AI through Copilot Studio. As Microsoft continues to innovate, we continue to expand our capabilities, ensuring clients benefit from advancements in automation, finance systems, analytics and governed AI within a connected Microsoft environment.
