Requirements are documented as user stories and signed off by a product owner within your business.
Build
The build phase of the project. Regular stakeholder/end user feedback sessions are scheduled to demonstrate progress and allow for any alterations.
Handover
User acceptance testing to ensure the delivered product meets your requirements. Deployment to production, end user run through, technical documentation and training followed by go live!
Support
We will support you as you go live plus offer an on-going support package.
Enhance
Additional functionalities may be identified and can be added to enhance your product. We capture enhancements as user stories and can deliver iteratively.
