Policy Acceptance Up

Policy sign-off, tracked from end to end

Emailing a PDF and asking staff to reply "confirmed" leaves no real record. It's an assumption, not a process.

Policy Acceptance Up replaces informal, email-based sign-off with a single, auditable system.

Every policy assignment, reminder and acceptance is tracked, giving the business a reliable record of sign-off for compliance and HR purposes, whenever it's asked for.

Employees view each policy in an embedded viewer that requires scrolling to the end before it can be accepted, then confirm two acknowledgement statements before the record is timestamped. If a policy is updated after someone has accepted it, they're automatically flagged to review the new version.

Built on the Power Platform, it sits inside your existing Microsoft environment rather than adding another system to manage.

For Employees

Policy Acceptance Up - For Employees

One clear process, then it's done

Staff only see the policies assigned to them, split clearly into pending, overdue and accepted.

Scroll to the end, then accept

Selecting a policy opens it in an embedded viewer. The document must be scrolled to the end before acceptance is allowed, and two acknowledgement statements, confirming the policy has been read and that the employee agrees to comply, must be ticked before the Accept button becomes active.

Updated policies flagged automatically

If a policy has changed since someone accepted it, the tile shows a clear "Policy Updated" prompt so the new version gets reviewed.

Notifications that do the chasing

An email lands when a policy is first assigned, and reminders follow automatically at a set interval for anything still outstanding, so nobody has to be pursued individually.

For administrators

See where everything stands

Administrators, typically HR, Compliance or IT, work from a single view listing every policy and employee assignment, with status, version and dates all visible and ready to filter, sort or export.

Why choose Policy Acceptance Up Up?

A timestamped record of sign-off

Every acceptance is recorded, so you have something concrete to point to when it's asked for.

Scroll-to-end before acceptance

Staff can't accept a policy without scrolling through it to the end.

Re-acceptance built in

One-off policies and recurring re-acceptance cycles are both supported, and updated policies are flagged automatically.

Configurable without IT involvement

Due dates, reassignment cycles and reminder frequency can be changed whenever you need to.

Nothing left to chase

Assignment and reminder emails go out automatically, and everyone's status is visible at a glance.

Sits inside your Microsoft environment

Built on the Power Platform, so there's no separate system to manage.

Chasing outstanding acceptances is a manual job

Policies need to be re-accepted on a regular cycle or when they change

HR or Compliance need a reliable record of sign-off when it's asked for
