**Terms and Conditions**
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Employee Appraisals Review App ("the App") provided by MPOWERUP CONSULTING LTD ("the Provider"). By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
**1. App Usage and Purpose**
1.1 The Employee Appraisals Review App is intended for the purpose of assisting organisations in managing employee appraisals and reviews.
1.2 The App allows users to:
a. Record and track progress on work and personal development objectives from 1:1 meetings with their line manager.
b. Create and submit formal review records to their line manager and HR.
c. If designated as a line manager, review and track the progress of team members' objectives and review submissions.
1.3 Users acknowledge that the App is designed for professional use within an organisation to facilitate employee appraisal and performance management processes.
**2. User Responsibilities**
2.1 Users are solely responsible for their use of the App and ensuring that it complies with their organisation's policies and any applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the App.
2.3 Users agree to keep their login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised individuals.
**3. Manager Access**
3.1 Managers will only have access to employee review records if they are designated as the manager on those review records.
3.2 Managers are responsible for handling employee review information with confidentiality and in accordance with their organisation's policies.
**4. Compatibility and Access**
4.1 The App is accessible on desktops, laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices, subject to compatible operating systems and browsers.
4.2 Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the technical requirements for accessing and using the App.
**5. Privacy and Data Security**
5.1 The Provider takes data privacy and security seriously. Personal information and data submitted to the App are subject to the Provider's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Provider's website.
5.2 Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how their data is collected, used, and protected.
5.3 Data Storage and Security - All data entered into the App is stored within the customer's tenant. We do not store any user data on our servers. It is the customer's responsibility to manage and secure the data within their tenant.
**6. Termination**
6.1 The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the App at its discretion, with or without cause.
6.2 Upon termination, users are responsible for retrieving any data or information they have stored in the App, as the Provider may not retain such data.
**7. Changes to Terms**
7.1 The Provider may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
7.2 Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
